I got to take Su out for a trail ride this evening. Unlike last time, I brought a camera, as well as an extend-o-leash, so Su would have a little more freedom, and hopefully give me a little more space.
I think it
went rather well, aside from a couple... incidents. At one point the leash got wound up in Tri's rear wheel when Su crossed sides behind me, and shortly after that, she decided to go the opposite direction. Nothing serious, and after that, she did well with running alongside, just ahead, or just behind, with none of the bumps or rubs of our last trail ride.
And we found the elk again.
